School Policies

The School Policies App allows ensures that only the required versions of policies are uploaded to the school website.

It allows renewal dates to be added for quick reference when editing.

The main policy page controls all policies and the policy picker allows inclusion on other pages.

Adding / Editing policies on the main Policies page

To edit an existing policy hover over the policy and click on the edit pencil. Remember to delete the old policy before uploading the new one.

To add a new policy hover over an existing policy (the one you want to the new policy to appear after) and click on the (+). Complete the details and click on Save.

NOTE: Policies edited here will be updated wherever the Policy Picker has been used.

Adding the Policy Picker to a page and selecting policies

The policy picker uses the policies uploaded to the main policies page, ensuring they are always up to date.

NOTE: You can update a policy from the Policy Picker by hovering over the policy button and clicking on the edit icon (pencil)
