Hiding and showing modules by permission

  1. Login to the website
  2. Click on the Page Edit button (bottom left)
  3. Hover over the module/App that you want to change settings for
  4. Click on the "gear" icon and select Settings
  5. Click on the Permissions tab
  6. Uncheck the "Inherit view permissions from page" checkbox
  7. Ensure that Everyone > View Module is unchecked
  8. Save

  

NOTE: To show the module check the "Inherit view permissions from page" checkbox

Hiding and showing modules by date

You can set publish and expiry dates on modules/apps as well as pages:

  1. Login to the website
  2. Click on the Page Edit button (bottom left)
  3. Hover over the module/App that you want to change settings for
  4. Click on the "gear" icon and select Settings
  5. Click on the Module Settings tab
  6. Expand the Advanced section
  7. Set a start date and/or expiry date by clicking in the empty field next to the labels
  8. Save

 

NOTE:

  • When a page is in edit mode and a module has a start date in the future you will see a "Module Effective dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm" message on the page
  • When a page is in edit mode and a module has an expiry date in the past you will see a "Module Expired dd/mm/yyy hh:mm" message on the page
