Using Content and App history

Every Content block and App has a built in History function allowing restoration of old versions of content.

To access this whilst editing content click on the history icon (usually top-right).

NOTE: This cannot restore images or files that have been deleted from the website, these will need to be uploaded again (if the file hasn't been deleted the reference will still work).

History list

This opens the content history list.

Click on the expansion arrow to see what's changed in the content (note that the fields shown here will differ depending on the type of Content or App that's being used).

To restore an old version click on the restore button.
